Welcome to CMI Conferencing.
To properly project your business opportunity out to selected individuals or groups you need a communication tool that is both versatile and inexpensive.
Unlike many Conference softwares available to you our system is not just simply the best out there we are certainly the least costly. Most other Conference system suppliers want you to sign up for their system for at least a month, we can do that too but we prefer to offer you something that you need which is occasional presentation possibilities. You don't need a monthly bill when you only need your conference facility once a month. So with CMI Conferencing you have one presentation to give in a month you only pay for one presentation slot.

Our offer to you is simple, you apply for a conference room to make your presentation using our application form in which you will state the number of guests you expect to have for your opportunity meeting and we will give you a price according to that number, our maximum charge is $20.00 and this would allow you to invite up to 500 guests at no extra charge. There are no catches, no hidden fees and no ongoing charges. You get use of the room on a one off basis for as long as your presentation lasts (All details are included in the application form).
Training on the use and versatility of our conference rooms will be made available to you prior to your presentation taking place, for this reason you will need to apply at least 1 week ahead of time to give us the opportunity to train you and/or your moderators adequately.
